You will need:
Recycled - toilet rolls, a tissue box or ploystyrene box
Tools – scissors
Potting mix or seed raising mix
Collect at home:toilet paper rolls, tissue boxes.
Polystyrene boxes can be obtained from you local greengrocer.
Cut about 2cm into the roll, all the way around (about 6 – 8 cuts)
Fold the strips in and push and pull to make a sort of “end” to it – to stop all the soil falling out.
Place them close together – 8 fit squashed into a recycled tissue box (plastic top removed, and the top flattened inwards)
About 54 fit into a recycled polystyrene box (obtained from the green grocer)
Fill with seed raising mix and off you go.
